Pulse Circle: ritual to attune to rhythm and activate inner fire.
Embodied Practice: a blend of vinyasa and yin flows, designed to stoke energy while anchoring presence.
Reflection & Writing: journaling prompts, such as “Where in my life do I want to step forward?”
Sound Journey: crystal bowl attuned to the solar plexus, with chimes and resonance to ignite clarity and light.
Creative Ritual: collage-making to craft your personal power symbol, culminating in a collaborative solar mural in yellows and golds.
Closing Ritual: burn bowl release — letting go of what no longer serves and affirming new strength.
