Chloe Grolig
Chloe Grolig is a South Florida-based yoga teacher, sound healer, and creative with a big love for building community and holding space. She blends movement, breath, and presence in her classes, guiding grounding yin + sound sessions and vinyasa-yin flows that invite both release and renewal. Chloe believes that honoring the light means honoring the shadows—her own journey through both is what inspires her to help others step into their fullest light. At the heart of everything she does is curiosity, play, and creating spaces where people feel seen, grounded, and inspired.

Kayla Wymann
Kayla Wymann is a healer - a yoga teacher, sound therapist, and reiki practitioner. She is a South Florida local and has been guiding people through healing practices since 2020. She helps others to calm their minds, reconnect with their bodies and awaken their spirit - just as the practice of yoga has helped her to do. Kayla’s practice began in one of the hardest chapters of her life, when yoga became a refuge and a doorway back to herself. What started as a personal journey of healing has unfolded into a life of devotion to holding space for others. Kayla helps others to calm their minds, reconnect with their bodies and awaken their spirit - just as the practice of yoga has helped her to do.

The SoFlow Collective is a South Florida-based community built around the power of flow in connection. We believe flow isn’t something to define; it’s something to discover. Whether through movement, sound, art, or any form of creative expression, we hold space for people to explore what flow means to them.
Our offerings are about more than classes or events; they’re about creating a home for curiosity, connection, and inspiration - a place where you can show up fully as yourself and find your own rhythm, your own flow. That’s where the magic lives - the magic that’s already within you.
