As the light begins to return and the earth stirs from winter’s stillness, this Sunday Reset invites you to gently awaken — to re-energize the body, open the senses, and reconnect with the quiet momentum of a new season.
A Spring Awakening is a morning of movement, sound, and reflection designed to support renewal, nervous system balance, and a soft transition into the vitality of spring.
We’ll begin with grounding movement and breathwork led by Metuka Chava to awaken the body, followed by an immersive sound bath led by Valerie Noell, studio owner and founder of Terracotta House, using crystal singing bowls to create a spacious, resonant field for deep relaxation and energetic reset. Throughout the experience, Metuka Chava will offer Reiki energy clearing to support alignment and flow.
To close, you’ll be guided through a quiet creative ritual — an intuitive painting process centered on release, intention setting, and self-expression. This reflective practice invites you to let go of what feels heavy, awaken your senses, and plant new intentions for the season ahead.
This is an invitation to soften into the light of spring, awaken your inner landscape, and reconnect with your natural rhythm through movement, sound, and creativity.
