Join us for a mid-summer pause—an invitation to gently clear, recalibrate, and come home to yourself. This special edition of Sunday Reset is designed as a soft, seasonal cleanse for the body, mind, and energy field.
We’ll begin with grounding movement and meditation, followed by a restorative sound bath with Valerie Noell and Reiki energy clearing with Metuka Chava. To close, you’ll be guided through a reflective creative ritual—an intuitive process of letting go, intention setting, and self-expression.
What to Expect:
Gentle movement + breathwork
Sound bath healing
Reiki + energetic reset
Reflective creative ritual (abstract, intuitive painting)
Seasonal herbal tea offering
All materials are provided. Bring a journal, water, and any cozy items that support your rest (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). No experience necessary.
This is a space to reset your nervous system, release what’s been heavy, and realign with your inner rhythm as summer enters its second half.
