We’ll begin with grounding movement and meditation, followed by a restorative sound bath with Valerie Noell and Reiki energy clearing with Metuka Chava. To close, you’ll be guided through a reflective creative ritual—an intuitive process of letting go, intention setting, and self-expression.
What to Expect:
