We’ll begin with a deeply restorative sound bath, followed by Reiki healing with Metuka Chava, and close with creative open flow and aura painting to integrate the experience through color, feeling, and quiet reflection.
This gathering is all about recalibrating the nervous system, opening the senses, and reconnecting with your inner rhythm as the energy of summer begins to rise.
What to expect:
Sound bath meditation to calm and ground
Hands-on Reiki energy healing
Aura painting and intuitive creative expression
An intimate, calming, and supportive environment
All materials are provided. Bring a journal, water, and any cozy items that support your rest (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). No experience necessary.
