Join us for the first Sunday Reset of the season—a special evening designed to help you gently arrive in this new cycle. We’ll begin with a deeply restorative sound bath, followed by Reiki healing with Metuka Chava, and close with creative open flow and aura painting to integrate the experience through color, feeling, and quiet reflection.
This gathering is all about recalibrating the nervous system, opening the senses, and reconnecting with your inner rhythm as the energy of summer begins to rise.
What to expect:

An intimate, calming, and supportive environment
All materials are provided. Bring a journal, water, and any cozy items that support your rest (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). No experience necessary.
