Palo Santo is a sacred tree in South America that means "Holy Wood". It is similar to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal resin incense and is used by Shamans in sacred plant rituals. 

The refreshing smoke for these incense/smudge sticks purifies and cleanses spaces of negativity and misfortune and elevates your vibrations in preparation for meditation. Not only is the smoke uplifting it helps keep mosquitoes and insects away! 

Burn the end of a stick for no less than 30 seconds, blow out the flame, and move about any space you would like to clear the energy. Place stick in our burn bowl or a ceramic or glass dish when finished.
